American Corner (Amcor) UIN Walisongo held Work Division Training on Optimizing Volunteer Contributions for pre-volunteers at the Amcor Campus 3 Building, Saturday (16/9/2023).

The event began with an explanation of the American Corner and the history of volunteering by the Amcor UIN Walisongo Program Coordinator, Miswan.

Then continued with leadership material by the Chair of the 2021 Amcor UIN Walisongo Volunteer, Muammar Khadafi.

He said, in an organization there must be a leader and people who are led.

"In an organization there must be someone who leads and who is led," he said.

He emphasized that not everyone can be a leader.

"Not everyone can be a leader," he continued.

The next material was delivered by Project Planner Member, M. Fathur Rokhman.

Rokhman explained the importance of teamwork in handling an event.

"Teamwork is designed to maximize synergy among different parts of
a team or organization," he said.

After the material presentation session, the pre-volunteers were directed to focus group discussions and create mini projects.
